As part of our continued efforts to provide stable and reliable services, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Arcserve Cloud Console portal. During this maintenance window, the portal will be inaccessible. However, scheduled backup jobs will continue to run and will not be impacted.

Maintenance End: 2nd July, 2026 @ 03:30 UTC

Maintenance Duration: 180 Minutes

Affected Service: Arcserve Cloud Console (Cloud Direct / UDP)

Impact:
Cloud Console portal access will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
Scheduled backup jobs will continue to operate normally and will not be affected.
