To unify and strengthen the authentication process with other Arcserve portals, the login mechanism to Arcserve Cloud Direct will change from its current built-in authentication system to Arcserve Identity on 18th January 2023, at 16:00 UTC.

Partners with existing Arcserve support portal accounts will be updated automatically and able to use the same login credentials. Customers who do not yet have access will need to go through the Arcserve Identity activation process.

Detailed instructions will be emailed to all customers.
