この度 Arcserve では、クラウドサービスに関連する緊急メンテナンスを以下の通り予定しております。

2026年10月15日 (木) pm 12:30 ～ 2026年10月15日 (木) ｐm 22:30 /(日本時間)

[対象]
JPN (東日本) リージョンの一部のインスタンス

[内容/影響]
本メンテナンスでは、プラットフォーム上の緊急インフラストラクチャメンテナンスを予定しております。
今回のメンテナンス期間中、お客様が利用されているクラウドサービスへの影響は想定されていませんが、万が一影響が出る場合は、一部のお客様に下記のような影響が発生する可能性があります。

* 期間中、該当インスタンスへのアクセスおよびレプリケートジョブが断続的に停止する可能性があります。
* メンテナンス期間内にレプリケートジョブが中断された場合、メンテナンス終了後自動的に複製が開始されます。
* メンテナンス期間中の Cloud Hybrid を起点とする Microsoft 365 のバックアップジョブは失敗する可能性があります。

This is to inform that we are planning to perform the following emergency maintenance related to cloud services.

Thursday, Oct 15 2026, 12:30 pm - Thursday, Oct 15 2026, 10:30 pm / (Japan time)

JPN (East Japan) Region

[Description/Impact]
On this maintenance our team will be performing an emergency infrastructure maintenance on the platform.
No impact is expected on cloud services used by customers during this maintenance, but if any, some customers may experience some of the issues mentioned below.

・During this period access to the instance and replication jobs may be intermittently stopped.
・If a replication job fails during the maintenance period, replication will restart automatically after the maintenance ends.
・Microsoft 365 backup jobs originating from Cloud Hybrid during the maintenance window may fail.

If you are concerned about any impact during this maintenance we recommend that you change the execution time to outside of the maintenance window in advance.
