平素より、弊社 「Arcserve Cloud サービス (Arcserve UDP Cloud Hybrid )」をご利用いただき誠にありがとうございます。
この度 Arcserveでは、クラウドサービスに関連するメンテナンスを以下の通り予定しております。

2024年11月14日 (木) pm 12:30 ～ 2024年11月14日 (木) pm 10:30 /(日本時間)

JPN (東日本) リージョン
JPN (西日本) リージョン

[内容/影響]
本メンテナンスでは、プラットフォームのセキュリティ対策および安定稼働を目的に、定期的 (月次) ※1 なソフトウェア アップデートを実施します。

お客様ご利用製品への影響については以下をご確認ください。


* 期間中、該当インスタンスへのアクセスおよびレプリケートジョブが断続的に停止する可能性があります。
* メンテナンス期間内にレプリケート ジョブが行われていた場合、メンテナンス終了後自動的に複製が開始されます。
* メンテナンス期間中の Cloud Hybrid を起点とする Microsoft 365 のバックアップ ジョブは失敗する可能性があります。
* 期間中は断続的な発生が予想されます。本影響について懸念がある場合、事前にジョブの実行時間をメンテナンス時間外に変更することをお勧めします。

弊社では万全の体制で対応する予定ですが、該当期間中に何かお気づきの点がございましたら弊社サポートセンターまでご連絡ください。

This is to inform that we are planning to perform the following maintenance related to cloud services.


Thursday, Nov 14, 2024, 12:30 pm - Thursday, Nov 14, 2024, 10:30 pm / (Japan time)

JPN (East Japan) Region
JPN (West Japan) Region

[Description/Impact]
During this maintenance, our team will be performing periodic (monthly)※1 Software updates and optimizations to ensure the highest level of security and performance.
Please check the following for the impact on your product.


・During this period access to the instance and replication jobs may be intermittently stopped.
・If a replication job is started during the maintenance period, replication will restart automatically after the maintenance ends.
・Microsoft 365 backup jobs originating from Cloud Hybrid during the maintenance window may fail.
・Intermittent occurrence of the above mentioned is expected during the maintenance period. If you are concerned about this impact, we recommend that you change the execution time.

If you are concerned about this impact we recommend that you change the execution time to outside of the maintenance window in advance.
