この度 Arcserve では、クラウドサービスに関連する緊急メンテナンスを以下の通り予定しております。

JPN (東日本) リージョンの一部のインスタンス

[内容/影響]
本メンテナンスでは、プラットフォーム上の緊急インフラストラクチャメンテナンスを予定しております。
お客様ご利用製品への影響については以下を確認ください。

* 期間中、該当インスタンスへのアクセスおよびレプリケートジョブが断続的に停止する可能性があります。
* メンテナンス期間内にレプリケートジョブが行われていた場合、メンテナンス終了後自動的に複製が開始されます。
* メンテナンス期間中の Cloud Hybrid を起点とする Microsoft 365 のバックアップジョブは失敗する可能性があります。
* 期間中は断続的な発生が予想されます。本影響について懸念がある場合、事前にジョブの実行時間をメンテナンス時間外に変更することをお勧めします。

This is to inform that we are planning to perform the following emergency maintenance related to cloud services.

Friday, Jan 30 2026, 1:00 pm - Friday, Jan 30 2026, 9:00 pm / (Japan time)

JPN (East Japan) Region

[Description/Impact]
On this maintenance our team will be performing an emergency infrastructure maintenance on the platform.
Please check the following for the impact on your product.

・During this period access to the instance and replication jobs may be intermittently stopped.
・If a replication job is started during the maintenance period, replication will restart automatically after the maintenance ends.
・Microsoft 365 backup jobs originating from Cloud Hybrid during the maintenance window may fail.
・Intermittent occurrence of the above mentioned is expected during the maintenance period. If you are concerned about this impact, we recommend that you change the execution time.

If you are concerned about this impact we recommend that you change the execution time to outside of the maintenance window in advance.
