[Description/Impact] During this maintenance, our team will be performing software updates and optimizations to ensure the highest level of security and performance. To improve security we will also be activating Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on this maintenance. Please check the following for the impact on your product.
・During this period access to the instance and replication jobs may be intermittently stopped. ・If a replication job is started during the maintenance period, replication will restart automatically after the maintenance ends. ・Microsoft 365 backup jobs originating from Cloud Hybrid during the maintenance window may fail. ・Intermittent occurrence of the above mentioned is expected during the maintenance period. If you are concerned about this impact, we recommend that you change the execution time. ・After MFA activation the login process will require customers to access the link provided on the first login attempt. This will show the QR code for MFA authentication.
If you are concerned about this impact we recommend that you change the execution time to outside of the maintenance window in advance. Please contact our Support Center if you have any concerns during this time.
