この度 Arcserve では、クラウドサービスに関連するメンテナンスを以下の通り予定しております。

[内容/影響]
本作業では、ネットワーク機器のメンテナンスを予定しております。
お客様ご利用製品への影響については以下を確認ください。

* 期間中、該当インスタンスへのアクセスおよびレプリケートジョブが断続的に停止する可能性があります。
* メンテナンス期間内にレプリケートジョブが行われていた場合、メンテナンス終了後自動的に複製が開始されます。
* メンテナンス期間中の Cloud Hybrid を起点とする Microsoft 365 のバックアップジョブは失敗する可能性があります。
* 期間中は断続的な発生が予想されます。本影響について懸念がある場合、事前にジョブの実行時間をメンテナンス時間外に変更することをお勧めします。

弊社では万全の体制で対応する予定ですが、該当期間中に何かお気づきの点がございましたら弊社サポートセンターまでご連絡ください。

This is to inform that we are planning to perform the following maintenance related to cloud services.

[Description/Impact]
During this activity, our team will be performing a maintenance on the network devices.
Please check the following for the impact on your product.

・During this period access to the instance and replication jobs may be intermittently stopped.
・If a replication job is started during the maintenance period, replication will restart automatically after the maintenance ends.
・Microsoft 365 backup jobs originating from Cloud Hybrid during the maintenance window may fail.
・Intermittent occurrence of the above mentioned is expected during the maintenance period. If you are concerned about this impact, we recommend that you change the execution time.

If you are concerned about this impact we recommend that you change the execution time to outside of the maintenance window in advance.
